Been on my mind a lot. What is your first love? Is it your husband? What about your children? Do I dare say, your computer or your tv? When you get up in the morning? Is your coffee the first thing you think about besides peeing?
Do you get up and read your bible each morning? I struggle badly on this. I really do. I know I should give my first quiet time to Him. Do you struggle to? I can go all day, I hate to admit before I even think about reading His precious words.
I want Christ as my first love. To do all things for Him. He has done so much for me, yet, I do so little for Him. Care to start with me? I am so thankful tomorrow is a new day!

ReplyDeleteYep--I struggle with that too. I've got this new Firefox Add-On called "morning coffee" that makes it a little easier to make sure I get my Proverb read for the day. It opens up all my sites that I want to visit each day, and I don't close the window until it's done, which means I don't close my Biblegateway.com windows until I have listened to my Proverb. It works well for me, I like it.
